Return and exchange policy
Returns
✅ Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached
- Returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt
- Order number/proof of purchase required
- Email: Support@weavepixel.com
❌ Non-returnable items:
- Sale/clearance items
- Lingerie, swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Accessories with hygiene seals (if damaged)
- Customer selected the wrong size (no returns, only exchanges)
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for the following items:
- Different sizes (subject to availability)
- Different colors (subject to availability)
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges
- Please email your order number and proof of purchase to Support@weavepixel.com

How do I return an item?
1. Please contact us at support@weavepixel.com within 30 days (provide your order number and receipt and reason for return) to start the return.
2. After the review is passed, pack the product safely in the original packaging.
3. Ship to: the address we reply to your email.
4. After we receive the goods, the payment will be returned to your account by the original route.
Refunds
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after receiving your return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (refunds may take 7-15 business days or longer depending on bank processing time)
- Shipping costs are not refundable (except for defective items)
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt
2. Provide photos of the problem
3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs)
International Returns
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Original shipping costs are not refundable
Final Clearance Items
All sale/clearance items are marked "Final Clearance" and are not returnable or exchangeable
